Dry roast sesame seeds, poppy seeds, Peppercorns, Shahi jeera, cumin seeds, cinnamon, elaichi, cloves, Mace, khopra, 8 dry red chillies.
Make a paste of the above roasted things with little water.
Heat a kadhai with oil. Put the rest of dry red chillies and fry them. Remove them from oil and reserve them for garnishing.
Now in the same oil, add chopped onion and saute till golden brown.
Add ginger garlic paste saute for few minutes and add the roasted masala paste.
Stir for few seconds and then add the chicken pieces and salt. Cook with a lid on for few minutes.
Then add water and cook till the chicken is done. Sprinkle coriander leaves and fried dry red chillies and serve
